Void Contracts and Agreements

Void contracts and agreements must be discussed upon and finalized unless Effectuate Productions LLC’s  proprietary rights have been broken. We retain the right to void any contract or agreement that we have signed and/or request that the document be deleted from any database that it is being stored on. A void version of the document will be sent to the proper associates to confirm that the contract/agreement is void. If Void contracts/ agreements are not sent within 3 weeks of a claim or complaint then the contract/agreement is still applicable.

As a Licensor Effectuate Productions LLC still holds proprietary rights. Any of our Artist retain their own proprietary rights when operating third party platforms, but must comply with the third party policy and terms and conditions. Licensor
